Sustainability at Trading Hub Europe
Our company operates at the heart of an industry that bears a particular responsibility towards the environment, society and its employees. We therefore see ourselves as an active contributor to the sustainable transformation of the energy sector.
In doing so, we take into account environmental risks as well as social impacts and regulatory developments. For us, sustainability means bringing together environmental, social and economic considerations alongside sustainable corporate governance. Our actions are aligned with national and European climate targets as well as the expectations of our stakeholders. We therefore continuously work on innovative solutions to further improve sustainability at Trading Hub Europe (THE).
Our focus is not only on efficiency and security of supply, but also on consistently reducing emissions and using natural resources responsibly. The publication of a sustainability report represents an important step towards greater transparency, dialogue and continuous improvement. At the same time, it provides a basis for open exchange with our stakeholders – from policymakers and business partners to the wider public.
